Here are our solution offerings:

Permission-based mailing lists

All mailing lists managed by Send Mail implement a two-stage registration process. To be on a SendMail managed mailing list, the subscriber must first enter in his/her email address, then submit the subscription form. An activation email will be sent to the email address requesting confirmation of the subscription request by clicking a URL within the activation email. Only after the subscriber clicks on the activation email will his/her email address be added to the mailing list.

One step unsubscription process

All mailing lists managed by Send Mail provide a simple and visible unsubscription form. If a subscriber unsubscribes from a mailing list managed by SendMail, his/her email address will be removed from the SendMail system.

Administrator access

If you wish, you can manage your mailing lists on Send Mail yourself including the creation and sending of messages. You can have complete access at anytime to the mailing list tools or you can relax and get our staff to do the work for you!

Customised subscribe and unsubscribe forms

We understand the importance of not confusing people when they want to subscribe to a mailing list. You have worked hard enough to get them to subscriber in the first place. The worst thing that could happen now is a person getting re-directed to another web site that looks completely different from your own. At Send Mail, we create forms that have the same look and feel as your own web site including colors, themes, logos.

Attributes

Tell us what data you need from the subscriber and we will add it to your customised subscription form. Detailed location details, age, etc. When sending a message, you can use this information to select subscribers that need to receive the message based on an attribute. For example you can send a message to all subscribers who live in a certain location.

Personalised emails

You can use the attributes you define in the emails you send, to make every email personal to the subscriber. Send Mail supports HTML emails. If a subscriber indicates they want HTML email they can receive it that way.

Customer preferences

It’s also easy for the subscriber! Every email a user receives will contain a personalised URL to update the user’s preferences. This way your users can update their own information and your database is always up-to-date. Unlike most other mailinglist managers, users can change their email address when updating their personal details. This is a major benefit to both you and your users as many people often change their email address, and this feature makes sure that they don’t disappear from your view.

Attachments

You can add attachments to your message. They will be included in the HTML emails. The users who receive text will get a special URL mentioned in their email telling them where to download the attachment from your website.

Bounce handling

Bounces can be processed and users will be automatically unsubscribed when too many emails to them bounced. This can be corrected by the administrator in case the unsubscription was incorrect or the bounce is simply caused by “Mailbox in excess of quota” which could only be temporary.

Import existing mailing lists

If you have existing mailing lists, then they can be uploaded to the Send Mail servers.
