All mailing lists managed by SendMail implement a two-stage registration process. To be on a SendMail managed mailing list, the subscriber must first enter in his/her email address, then submit the subscription form. An activation email will be sent to the email address requesting confirmation of the subscription request by clicking a URL within the activation email. Only after the subscriber clicks on the activation email will his/her email address be added to the mailing list. |
